Hi. I am watching your pictures for some time now. They are visibly different from what I am accustom to. Something between what most of forums members are doing and lomography like less deliberation and more chances in catching life. I am on the fence here.
#1 I am no fan of selective color and this pic doesn't work for me.
#2 Random, no story.
#3 No story, not appealing from composition point of view
#4 Idea is not clear
#5 Most interesting. Not a classic shot of a welder, but as a "man at work" works. Just cut off this tripod leg on the right side, it's messing up the picture.
#6 Unclear what the man is doing, a bit too much contrast over there. The bird flying right into the lens doesn't add anything, worst, it is robbing attention. In general too much mess.
Sorry, if I disappoint you, but presentable shot has to have some idea and supporting it composition.

Thanks for your honest opinion

Actually at #2 there is a story. Nature vs men made, one bright the other dark acentuating the contrast of the elements.
When a man has piegons on its hands it's clear for me he is feeding them

Didn't cut the tripod as it would cut the hammer.
The other ones I agree, no story. Just shots.

Hi. It is a problem of every photographer (0r any other image maker for that matter) to convey own idea clearly to the viewer. In case of #2 I would never guess your motivation as a large percentage of cityscape shots may contain such an idea. Take a look at this:

It might be interpreted in similar way: nature vs man made, in cooperation

. If you would have both; the structure and tree growing right from the ground "in competition who will get taller" (

) it would be more compelling.
With pigeons: the man is a bit to far to easily see what he is doing and the composition is not leading to that.
Yes, I know about this hammer, but I would rather sacrifice it and get rid of that bright and distracting object on the right. IMHO.

Hello. Yes I understand your point. That nature vs man made was shot while driving without looking, i didn't took it with the intention but when I later looked at it, that stoty poped up

I'll try to work on the other too as you suggested to see if they get better.
Regarding Hello Europe Project, is an adventure for 100 days in more than 20 European countries with the main goal of finding the best street artists/performers.
