Actually, there are two pretty glaring problems with that video.

First, the dude mucking up an otherwise perfect video, visually speaking.

The second problem with it is the very blatant rip off of a crappy Steve Winwood song:

So that's what happens in the fantasy gym I never got to go to. The one at the local Y has same music, a better M/F ratio, but 'way more jiggling. Can't comment on the comfort level of the clothes - no-one I know wears that stuff, so I can't ask.
