Not bad as a trio. Maybe a bit too artsy for TPF. Your technique seems to be pretty solid on these.

I do feel like I may be starting to find my style. When I'm posing the models I now find myself checking the frame for specific things I want to see for a type of shot, and there are shots I find myself doing on every shoot

That is great you are starting to find your style nitch, I think TPF could use a little more "Artsy" Shoots!

I like the second the best. It has a nice luminosity and balance to it

Really good actually. Much better than the usual drivel.

I've been into it about a year and a half now, after a 30 some odd year hiatus from when I shot a little bit in the army. Gotten a ton of help from good folks like Lew, tirediron & derrell

Thank you ... I try to go for getting the light to spill & wrap around the persons form. In this case I used a huge soft box ... This particular gentleman had a very burly lumberjack look to him, especially in his shoulders, that I wanted to bring out.

Nah I like your stuff better. The kind of lighting you did is also used for nudes (hint) hahha.

Explore this style and shoot plants and still life and see where it takes you.
