It sure makes for gorgeous pictures, but I am looking forward to wearing something other than gloves, boots and a heavy coat to do a session!

Lovely set TC ('though her cropped arm and leg in #2 bother me a little).

Thank you. I have a shot pulled farther back of this pose, but her hand placement cuts into her chin. Maybe I can composite the two images . . .

That first pic is like from a post card. Amazing.

Thank you. It's not often I sneak a landscape shot in during a session, but I have known this gal since she was younger. I've been doing her pictures since she was 14! I felt I was safe to sneak in a quick shot!

These are great. Also, that guy is very lucky she's way out of his league LOL ;) I say that kindly not meanly :)

LOL! He would agree with you on that one! The first thing he said to me was how he would be fine to just stand aside and have her be the one in the pictures! At one point I told him to whisper in her ear how gorgeous she is. He said "I already have been". So adorable!!

:) cute, good for him. Must be a really nice guy or have a really big lens :-p

These are really lovely, the even tone on their skin is great, was that the snow or some lighting equipment?

It was the snow acting as a fabulous reflector! Too far to hike to haul in lighting equipment. We probably hiked about a mile in snow up to our shins!

I thought so, ok guess that's the secret to perfect lighting, I'll just haul around a giant snow machine from now on :)

That's a great idea, then I could do snow pictures in the warmth of summer! I think it's going to take me until July to warm up completely after a busy winter season!

I'm in CT, USA we just had the biggest snow storm since the 1970's so trust me I know about snow and cold, and last month I was in the Grand Canyon at -15° F temperatures :) lol

Very energetic set of pictures. The dynamic in #8 is really engaging. I happen to like #2 cropped. The relaxed intensity of their faces really what my eye traveled to. I agree that using the shot where her hand isn't hiding part of her chin is a better choice. And the snow really did function as a great reflector! Thanks for sharing these.
