Real Estate Flash Lighting Recommendation

This helped me a ton recently when I shot some interiors last month:

I was not impressed by these photos. That is why I am so scared to spend to much money on flashes. It was probably more of the composition and post processing I did not like rather than the flash tutorial its self.
Thanks anyways.

They didn't need to be impressive, it's more about the concept. But like anything else online, you can just take it with a grain of salt i guess.
