The main thing I see wrong is the sky. Its broken into 8 panels and every one of them have a halo issue. This haloing is also visible on the wall sections. I believe that can all be fixed by moving the Highlight smoothing slider.
 
The tone mapping is overdone making it look a bit cartoony. If that was the look you were going for then that's fine.
 
I have seen HDR work very well in real estate photos, because it provides a sense of drama. All of the over-processing faults that a photographer would point out come across as strengths to the potential customer. These photos are most often shown at a small size in on-line real estate sites. The extra punch of high-strength HDR (with rich saturation) gives them a touch of excitement that makes them stand out from the crowd.
 
Some time in real estate picture are made with computer photo shop and edited with techniques . It remove the original look and put the artificial look . When we see the pictures we preferred and like when we see original place it do not match our expectation.Logan Square Condos
