I have been shooting with the AV mode. Makes huge difference. Thanks for the several tips. I finally understand the aperture. High aperture is identified with a lower number. Use low ISO. The lower the aperture number, the more light hits your sensor which means the bigger the hole.....

The beauty about photography is I tend to convey to my clients the potential of the house that they can't see. I deal mostly with foreign Buyers. For example, capturing the golf course frontage, no neighbors in the back...the flow of the home....

we also use these pics to attract short term renters looking for a vacation house...
