really strange lighting

I took these saturday:

i wish i had my telephoto, but i had to quickly frame and capture this shot with my wide angle as the sun was setting quickly:

this one is really really strange to me, it blew me a away when i saw it. There was a huge division in the water, and the sky did not match the reflection below. I am serious. there was a partial hole the sky but the light seem to originate from below the surface. really really really wierd. at least i got a photo of it:

Wow I couldn't imagine what kinda shots you would have gotten in the first one if you had your telephoto :shock:
Second one is awsome! Gives me the feeling that Im lost at sea, can't see anything then all of a sudden this light appears and im free haha kinda cheesy but that's what it does for me.
