A handful of images from some recent outings around the South West of England, continuing my personal challenge of shooting at least one landscape a month...

Great set Seam. I especially like the Sunset at Emsworthy - the leading line of the pathway on the right, the clouds in the upper left of the image. Great framing!

That's a real nice set of pics but how can you stay cooped up in the house for a month at a time? (ha!)
I like how you're getting as much into the picture as possible to induce the feeling you must have of actually being there.

In #1 the clouds look like long exposure, but flowers aren't moving? How did you shoot this?

Very lovely and 4 for me too!

That shot is blend of two exposures. I shot the sky using a 9-stop ND filter to increase the exposure as you rightly say (it was VERY windy so didn't need too long to get the cloud movement) and combined that with a fast exposure of the foreground to keep the flowers sharp. These were then blended together in PS using a layer mask.
