1. 500g of Biriyani rice, washed and fried using a small quantity of oil(3 table spoon of oil or ghee)

2. Add double volume of water and required quantity of common salt; boil until the rice completely dries

3. Take sliced/ chopped carrot, beans, curry leaves, fresh green peas... or add any suitable vegetable ( better not use ladies finger, brinjal and tomato); get them cooked together with some salt and a small quantity of masala powder ( i used mutton powder-vegetarian) in an oven for 8-12 minutes.

4. Fry soyabeen chunks and some chopped onion in oil

5. Fry some bread pieces in oil

6. Fry cashew nuts and dried grape in ghee

7. Mix all these items with cooked rice; add more ghee if you find it too dry and continue stirring, until the smell reaches portico ;)
Put off the fire and place some corriander leaves to decorate and for taste.

8. To make a sweet dish: take 50g pine apple jam; 10-15 seedless dates; five or six cashew nuts: add one chopped green chillie and a pinch of salt; make them a paste in a mixie without using water; it is ready to serve

9. Keep a part of rice in fridge and use the next day after warming; you will be surprised to see the taste to have enhanced

#4 and #5 seem a little dark, but over all the focus, DOF and exposures are good....
