Recommendations for excellent Image Stabilization Camera < $200?

Could you recommend an excellent image stabilization digital camera that costs less than $200, something that consistently takes blur-free handheld pictures indoors in low light and at night time? Have you had any great experience with a particular lower-cost IS camera?

Look for a Canon AxxxIS. As close as you are likely to get.

Ive been playin around with some IS point and shoots from canon with some very good results. I say go to a well stocked electronics store and try them out there and see which ones you like most.
