Recommended Scanners For Medium Format Negatives

I just bought a Yashica TLR which shoots 120 6x6 medium format photographs. I have been shooting 35mm for the last few years, and have decided to step up. I own a Plustek scanner that scans 35mm negatives at up to 7200dpi. The labs near me do really poor quality scans, so if I take my 120 film there then it will end up looking worse than my 35mm scans I do at home, so I was wondering whether anyone has any suggestions for medium format scanners, that do the best job for the money, I would preferably like to spend no more than £300 at the most.

Never heard of Yashica 3x6, can you tell me which model is it ?
