Red-shouldered Hawk (A Little Gore)

I spotted this red-shouldered hawk at a new place for photography that's close by. It's called Heron's Nest Nature Park, located in the Lakewood Ranch area just east of Bradenton, FL. It's a large, beautiful park with a good number of lakes and ponds. On one lake I spotted some cormorants nesting, which was cool to see, but that's another thread.
