Red-tailed Hawk

Today I finally found a hawk flying close enough to get some decent shots. Still a pretty big crop and a little disappointed that not 15min before I took my TC off. But still very happy and hopefully my luck will start changing.

Nice set they are pretty hard to photograph as most of them like to fly away although @coastalconn has managed to get two red tailed hawks that let him get awesome shots of maybe someday you can find one like the one's coastalconn has found

But he has a mouse attached to his lens hood at all times, changes them out when they get to smelly from decomposition. J/k
