I like it very much, if you want critique the only things that i would have liked to have done, but probably only would have thought about afterwards is to give her more space to gaze into, perhaps a bit of open area to the left and/or above so you know that the thoughts are far out there, and take out the black thing in the top right, i think it has just the right amount of balance in the blacks with the hair glasses and under the chin, and all the other shades.
