of those lenses i'd get the 28 1.8. i shoot people though so my length preference is more biased toward the 28 over the 24.
i had one but sent it back due to a minor mount defect. still took it for enough of a spin to get a feel for it. pretty sharp wide open, adequately fast AF, and extremely lightweight. I considered the older 28mm's too, but (aside from the 1.4d) all of the reviews/tests had the newer lens heads and tails above them in terms of performance. the 1.8 isn't really a bank breaker either @~$600. that said 28 really isn't all that wide imo, so if you are more interested in the wider end of the spectrum the other options may be a bit more suitable.
here are some shoots i took with it, 1+2 are wide open. 3+4 are f8 and f10 respectively (keep in mind @28mm i'm pretty close to the subject for those shots):
