Relaxing in the sun...

Someone on the forum inspired me to go to the cemetary yesterday to get some tombstone snaps. Well, this is the first time I've ever been to a french cemetary and well it was really weird and completely different to what I'm used to! There were just soooo many tombs, there weren't any (what I'd call) normal graves with just a headstone and grass. They all had mansion-like tombs and they were all crowded so close together in a sort of higgledy-piggled fashion.

So I didn't get any of the shots that I wanted and just mainly spent my time wandering around not taking pics.

I managed to get this one and wanted to know what you guys think of it.

btw I've never seen a cross like this, anyone know what it is?

i like the idea but it's too unbalanced for my taste. my eyes keep getting drawn to empty dark space.

You know, JonMikal the same thing was happening to me too but I didn't realise it until you mentioned it. Just needed an extra (few) pair of eyes. Thanks!
