It’s a cultural program of our country we call it “Mukto Moncho”!
Here with the black band in the eyes they are representing the unconcerned govt. and the biased law! And the man tied up with ropes representing the society binding with Corruption, Terrorism, and Rape etc.

Once again Moni, you are the master story teller!

In looking at this, what I would is try to give to give this image more 'tension'. There are a few ways you can do this in Photoshop.

1. Sharpen the image - If you oversharpen an image it can make it looks garish and unconfortable.
2. Increase the contrast dramatically
3. I think you played around with hues/colouration here a bit, since this a 'stark' subject - maybe stick with b&w. My personal belief is that simplicity just grey colours will have a more of impact. I think with this type of photo you really want to hit the viewer hard - for some reason the colour distracts me from this a bit :scratch:

I love how the whites stand out here, the white shirt of the guy in the foreground and the whites of the eye of the guy in the black shirt really jumped out at me. Good work!
