Nice idea, and well composed but overall it appears a little soft. I would also suggest cloning out the small piece of dead leaf on the left, and perhaps doing something the the lower half of the background. The green upper part is great, but the contrast is rather stark and hard on the eye.

I don't know how much critique you can take, but if I for once chose to be totally blunt I'd have to say that (despite the good idea and good eye for a very nice motif against an equally nice - and nicely COLOURED - background) this particular photo is a blooper.

Nothing but ONE leaf is in focus.
The droplets aren't and most leaves look like there was camera shake. I wonder how that ONE leaf could come into focus, at all.

Well, now I said it ... and I hope you can take it?
