resizing and sharpening for flickr

I created and saved my own action for CS5 for resizing and sharpening for flickr, it seemed to work really well. Well that was until something happened and the action was deleted.

I can't recall the steps I took to resize and sharpen so it looks pretty close to what I see when I look at the image in CS5. I tried to recreate the action from memory but when I run it and upload to flickr the images have way to much contrast added (doesn't show in CS) and they don't seem as sharp.

what do you guys do?
