Ricoh vs. Ming

I took another look and since the print is so small it's hard to read, but - above the photo it looks like it has Ming's name and his website. Then it says 'Published in Kamera Saku' which appears to be a website/magazine that does camera reviews, etc. If Ming's photo was published in an online magazine then Ricoh Indonesia seems to have shared and given credit for a photo that had already been published.

Maybe his issue should be with the website that published/shared his photo, if he did not submit it to that website. Or maybe they shared his photo from his website/blog - look at sites like PetaPixel, most of their site contains photos and articles obtained from elsewhere that are credited as to the writer/photographer/source.

It looks like Ming was credited for the photo, it might be more a matter of how Kamera Saku obtained his photo that was later shared by Ricoh Indonesia's website.
