Yeah, I think at this point I'm leaning towards the sigma 10-20mm. The wide angle just sounds like it would be too perfect for this trip.

Dave, thanks for the heads up about the parks. We're still trying to figure out our time constraints and what we can and cant fit in. I think we might actually have to go with either stopping in Arizona or Utah but not both. Since you've been to both is there one you'd say tops the other?

That would be a hard choice to make, but if you have never been to the Grand Canyon, there is nothing like it in the world. The 10-20mm is the lens for this place.
