I spotted this bird and a couple others hunting around what used to be part of old Ft. Desoto. I waded about 20 meters out and sat down on a stone and waited as they made their way toward me.
I can't give an ID on the bird and correct me if I'm wrong but I think it may be a juvenile or non breeding snowy plover.

Wonderful set! Ditto on the last one, and #3! Seek says it's a Black-bellied Plover.
