You really should consider diffusing your flash... you have some harsh highlights! How are you shooting these?

I like these, my only nit-pick is the shadow on her right eye in #1.

I like these, my only two nit picks would be they are a bit hot on places (see #2 and her chest). The other is the guy in the group photo looks like his neck hurts!!!

I totally love the feel of these shots though, rock on!

Hey thanks for the comments everyone!

KBM: Agreed I think my lights were a little hot. Probably could have turned them down a stop.

Kric: Nice find.

Cgibson: Yeah they are a little hot but they are diffused. I'm usin a 24" softbox for key light and an umbrella for the hair/rim light (which is the one that was a bit hot in 2, 5, and 6).

They are great, well done.

I do agree with everyone in that the highlights are a bit hot and there is too much direct reflection on the model's skin, causing glare etc. I would put much of the blame on the MUA. (I know next to nothing about make up) But they should have had a less reflective make up job.

All look very good. Agree with previous hot spot comments. You may have been limited but the background on the group shot has several distracting elements.
