Rodeo Dr. (Needs C&C)

I wanted to upload this picture I took of Rodeo Dr. and wanted to get C&C to see how I could have done it better. I did a 30 sec shutter on a tripod with my Nikon D200. I believe my aperature was really low on this with ISO @ 100. My WB was on Auto and I touched it up on Lightroom to enhance some of the lights. I wanted to get the starts to display on the lights instead of a cluster of light so if someone knows how to do that without photoshop that would be awesome to teach me

Touched up RAW file on Lightroom and converted to JPG

I thought it was about a veterinarian!! LOL!! Is that an ultra-wide lens? The buildings are leaning in a little. But that's probably what makes me like it!

Yeah it's pronounced Ro-day-O instead of Ro-DEE-oh but spelled the name. The confusion is very frequent lol.
