Rokinon 8mm or sigma 10mm fisheye

Which one would be the better investment. I plan on using the lens a lot.
It would be my go to artsy lens. The rokinon would be 200-270 depending if I go used or new
i found the sigma for 500$ used

just got the 8mm 3.5 Bower/rokinon/vivtar whatever. I really like it! Only con would be that the focus is a little weird since the lens (from what I've read) isn't factory calibrated. Little surgery required. Havent dont it yet but I will soon. Overall a GREAT bang for the buck!

I just don't feel any lens should require "surgery" after purchase. I've decided on sigma but not sure if I want the 10mm or 4.5mm
