Disclaimer : I'm on an uncalibrated monitor at work, so the colours and contrasts are often off
1- I find that the darks are a bit too dark in this one. I can't make out the detail in his suit. Love the composition.
2- Again a nice composition, but I find that its a bit over processed in terms of softening. It looks like a drawing. If that was the intent, then great.

Have to agree about number 1, however I really like the softness effect has on the second one.
