Nicely composed but the nearest rower, who is OOF, also is quite bright and this the OOF object pulls the eye.
The conversion is quite contrasty, a bit too contrasty, imo.
Since the real thing that draws my eye is the repetition of the rowers and their hats, perhaps a tighter crop would increase the impact of the image.
