You've got an interesting subject, but you'll need to work on a few things.
The sticks/weeds in the foreground are a bit of a distraction from the image. Move those out of the way. We're losing all the detail in the highlights. You normally do want B&W images to be "contrasty", but not blown. Focus is a little soft -- basically I'm looking for texture in the rust & flaked paint, but it's a bit mushy.
