I know I hate all the crying, pouting, stomping photos of myself (well, no longer these days, the distance has become too wide, but when I was a teenager I did!) ... and I gave my dad ample chance to TAKE such photos of me in the first place !

The photo is great, the situation less great. I know this "expression" of a small children very well... I see that every day...

Good contrast, and the subject's emotion is great. A woman did an entire book of kids crying and having tantrums that looked very interesting. She took a lot of flack for it iirc.
