Pretty boring shot, besides the boat tipping over....Why did you use this post processing? How does it enhance the shot? Imo, the "negative" processing doesn't add much, nor does the extreme vignette. Subject is also centered ... BUT, the background isn't cluttered, so thats a positive.

I think there's a lot of potential here, but I think most of it got lost in the post. I'd suggest starting with the original, leveling it and then see where you are.
