Hey everybody! My name is Mack. I am currently the Photography Editor for the Columbus State University Saber. (Student paper.) I purchased my Nikon D3100 last January. It's my first DSLR. I had a Canon Rebel 35mm before that, in addition to a foray of point and shoot cameras. I'm working on building a portfolio of portraits, events, and architectural photos. Eventually I plan on submitting a portfolio to many stock photo websites, in the hopes of earning some money to purchase more equipment and advance my business. I would love to be a professional photographer someday.

I welcome any advice you may have! I've taken some photography classes, but most of my learning has been through experience and along-the-way web articles.

If you have any ideas on how to start finding clients for some (no charge) portfolio modeling, please let me know.
