Interesting textures. I like that the angle of light brings it all out. I'm not certain what I'm looking at though. Why is there horizontal vegitation halfway up the fence?

I think, looking at the ripples in the sand below, the vegetation is horizontal because of the wind? I'm no expert so that is just a guess!

Lovely work. B&W is definitely the right tone for this. Great capture!

Spot on - the wind invariably blows strongly along the path by this fence. The grasses have given up fighting and tend to grow this way.
