Very good well-timed shots.....
Nice set of shots! I like #3 especially.
Nice shots. I like the little blue heron.
Thanks, guys. the LBH is my favorite as well. All are nice...good work on them!
Thanks! I forget what they were looking at, It's an older pic, an airplane perhaps. I'm not the best with ID's and some guy told me that #2 is a "dowitcher," It's very similar to a yellowlegs but it's beak is longer. What are the cranes looking at? Lol.
What bird is #2? I have a photo I’m trying to identify and they are similar. I don’t get many wading birds up here.
All nice shots for various reasons.
Seek says it's a Short-billed Dowitcher. Number one is apparently a very rare Two-headed Sandhill Crane...Thanks! I forget what they were looking at, It's an older pic, an airplane perhaps. The worlds first known Siamese Sandhill Crane and I captured it first, IN COLOR, in wonderful ToasterVision!Seek says it's a Short-billed Dowitcher. Number one is apparently a very rare Two-headed Sandhill Crane...
No problem, I have brown hair and I overlook things all the time. I'm the worst at it. I know why everyone calls me genius now ... because I take the time to figure out things the hard way.Oh. Duh. If I read your title. Well, I am blond.
Thanks, bud. they can become a very vibrant blue/lavender during the mating season. All good as usual. That Heron thingie is a rather splendidly coloured chap.
