SanDisk Extreme Pro on a Nikon D5200..?

Second post on this forum, please be kind. ^_^

So, the Nikon D5200 does 5fps and i know a good card can help it. I want to ask if the camera can actually read and write on the card at 95mb/s or a 45mb/s (SanDisk Extreme) card can do?
