Saved a Geko

So walking down the beach with my lad in Seychelles this July and we found a little green geko stuck on a rock in the water. Not sure how it got there but we were able to rescue it and place it on some rocks a bit further away from the sea where it belongs. As a thank you it sat still for a while and not only let my lad and some other kids gently hold it, but allowed my several minutes to shoot it with the macro lens. It soon went on its merry way, but was a nice little interaction for my young lad and myself.

What a nice story! Not only did you set a good example for the kids by helping the little guy, you walked away with a cute shot.
