Very simple question for you. When you look at these images, in your opinion, what does the driver appear to be doing, immediately in front of the steering wheel?

Sorry for being a bit cryptic. Will explain everything, tomorrow.

They appear to be adjusting a cell phone maybe? Perhaps shooting a video, either of themself or what the camera sees outside. It could be one of those cameras they sell for autos too.

Thanks for replying. The reason for the posting, is because a total of three police officers have gone on record as stating that neither a hand or phone, is visible. It was one to start with, but two others backed him up, when accusations of corruption, were made. The matter is ongoing.
