Sb800 in my hands, any tips?

Just got my sb800 today and for a pretty good price may i add ($180) its in mint condition so no complaints.

It didn't come with box or manuals so i really don't know how to use it, any beginners advice? maybe there's a website where i can learn some basics. I already figured out how to command it from my D90, other than that all the menus confuse me.

you should probably stick with ttl for on camera. go to manual if your going off camera

As was mentioned, get the manual from Nikon's site.
As for learning what that toy can do, from Kelby's training, Joe McNally has a video series of using SB800.
Flash is a power house, use it and enjoy it.
