Setting up the lights is a skill in itself and YOU framed the shot, directed, pushed the button at the right time and selected the shot etc etc etc. Don't sell yourself short!

On a side note, the BBC recently did a report on the bullying of children with facial disfigurement. That brings your statement about her being courageous into perspective.
