I don't understand the camo on the boat motor. Is that suppose to hide the boat despite the neon blue interior?

Very nice. I like it a lot.

Thanks, barb! :)

lol, good observation! It is a quirky little boat indeed. It was for sale. I think they were asking around $700. Seemed a bit high to me.

But I liked how it looked in that field.

Its definitely an interesting combination. Makes me curious what the boat's story is....It Probably lead an interesting life!

The boat gives the image pause but in the end it doesn't work for me.

Nicely exposed.

Thanks!

True! The sellers seem to always have interesting things in their field. A few years ago there was a Subaru Brat Turbo. Blast from the past!

Thanks for your honesty, Mike.

I like this, but I think it might work even better with the buildings cloned out, even so, still a good shot.

I'm afraid my cloning skills are not very good at all. As much as I enjoy the many features of Photoshop, cloning has never been a strong area for me, which I suppose is a good thing because it makes me extra careful in my framing/composing, as I know everything in there has to stay! I did take care in the framing of this. There was a house just to the left, even more buildings and a road to the right. In order to eliminate the buildings, I would have had to get closer to the boat, and at that point it would have filled up the entire frame, which would look odd and diminish the purpose of having a boat in this sea of grass.

I am not against cloning out objects in images by any means, I just personally suck at it!

Thank you!

Looking again. I think if you cloned out the crank and hitch in front of the boat it could be a whole new ballgame. It might look like the boat is taking off into that soft, moody horizon.

It is a great idea, and I will sincerely try it, but I cannot make any promises on the results!
