Great pic, especially considering the lighting ... would maybe lighten up the area around his eye slightly though, so we can see it better

The aquarium glass is thankfully very clean

Cant remember exact settings for this shot but most of my aquarium shots were taken without a flash as I would get a reflection, so used my fastest glass (Nikon 50 1.8) on F1.8 ISO bumped up to ISO 1600 due to poor lighting and handheld and then some PP work to clean it up.
