There is a ton of withered flowers still standing tall, it is a visual treat to let your eye wander through the depths of them.
For this shot I tried to isolate a nice grouping out of the melee of shapes.

Simply and Nice...It "feels" like fall turning to winter

I like the mood and the lines. Only quibble is that the area around the thistle (?) on the right looks artificially light. Even if that's really what it looked like, I'd probably darken it just a touch.

Stark. Evocative. Understated.

I might consider enclosing it with a thin border, or perhaps a light gray-colored band, but then again, we are seeing this on a very light-hued TPF backdrop. Seen against black, it probably looks just fine.
