Looking for comments or suggestions on this picture I took over the weekend.

It honestly does nothing for me.

I'd suggest to go back at dark and do a long exposure. Theres just not enough here to pull me in.

Its nicely composed though.

Thank you for your comment and recommendation. I'd really like a long exposure of other parts of the city as well.

I think the B&W conversion lacks depth. I guess you get that with colored ND filters?

I usually prefer color when there is sky and water because the water reflects the blue light making a "balanced" composition.

I'm not sure what you mean by; "colored ND filters". I am under the impression that "ND" means "neutral density", meaning adding no color at all.

If you apply a colored filter to your conversion, then you change mostly the contrast, and there is no affect whatsoever to the color, because there is no color in a monochrome conversion.
