On my GOD AWFUL work monitor and not sure how my WB adjustments came out on this one...

Please don't tell me it's too "red" if you don't have to.

I tried to remove the red from this shot but her lips turned magenta and her hair faded a bit too much, so I brought up the red channel just a bit from where I had it set. I dunno. I think it serves its purpose...but I'm happy to take more comments.

I made a similar adjustment but I think it looks a bit too green. My monitor sucks though so it's hard to tell...

It doesn't look bad. Might be on the red side but few people would notice. Here's a suggestion: Get a white card and do a custom WB in camera. Then you have a good starting place in RAW. In a studio situation there's no reason not to have custom WB. If you were doing custom WB, you would never ask how an image looked, even if your monitor weren't calibrated. You would know it's correct.

If you forget your custom WB card, why don't you set the WB to "Flash" (5500K)? Typically for me, only slight adjustments are needed from there for personal taste.
