Meh..
It's soft, underexposed, no blemishes removed, you have sweat/grease on your forehead, and the shelf/door/whatever in the background is kind of distracting.
This could DEFINITELY benefit from some post processing.
EDIT: Not perfect, but here's how much 3 minutes of PP can change your picture.
