I really like it. Lighting is well done.
The only thing I would say it could improve on is:
1. The tee shirt is a little distracting, the rest of the photo is so clean cut, the extra colour is unneeded.
2. Burn marks around the Right side of his body (image left).
3. Maby 1 stop more fill light on your high right light.
