Selling all my nikon gear!! (D40, 70-200 2.8, 285HV)

I've taken quite a break from this forum and photography in general, so I'm looking to sell my gear. Everything is in perfect condition, I baby my equipment. I'd be happy to send you pictures of anything if you're interested. Paypal only please.
D40 has very few shutter actuations and has never been dropped. Mostly personal use with some casual portrait work.

Nikon D40 - $230 (with 18-55 kit lens for $300)
Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 (Nikon mount) - $600 (I'll throw in a B+W UV filter)
Nikon 18-55 - $100
Nikon 18-135 - $200
Nikon 28 3.5 - $50
Vivtar 285HV - $50 (I'll even throw in some cactus triggers)
