My 2 cents is that with your limitations on not showing the stretch marks you left out some of the creative poses at different angles. A program that allows some basic functions such as skin softening can help. You can also use the 1.8 super narrow plane of focus to ceatively blur the stretch mark area yet yield sharp focus elsewhere. Move your subject further from the background and block off any lighting you have that may bleed onto the black. It's about giving emotion and or creativity to the shot.
