a couple from my favorite beach to photograph here in Central Florida, Flagler Beach

someone from another forum suggested I do that shot in b&w so here it is

I agree -- I like the ground in all of them. I think the sky only works well in the first one. In the other two, I think it detracts. I would suggest trying out a "rule of thirds" approach with your horizon line, in this case having the ground be ~2/3 of the shot, the sky ~1/3.
