I like 2 and 4 the best. 4 looks very natural

The model is pretty much centered in all the shots. This tends to become a bit boring in a series, especially with different locations. Consider moving your model more to one side of the frame. The negative space will work best if it is the side where she is looking. Your camera position is best on #3, being level with or slightly higher than the eyes.

Attractive model. You should pair up with her for more shoots. The barn (?) in the first two offer some interesting backgrounds.
